4. Subscription and Payment
AssamExamPro offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription at ₹99 per month. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay.
- •Subscriptions are auto-renewable. Your plan will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
- •You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Pricing page. Upon cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
- •We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
⚠️ No Refund Policy
All payments made to AssamExamPro are strictly non-refundable. Once a subscription payment has been processed, no refunds, credits, or reversals will be issued under any circumstance — including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or cancellation of the subscription mid-cycle. By completing your payment, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
5. Free Tier Limitations
The free plan provides limited access to the Service as defined on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change the scope of the free tier at any time without prior notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- •Share, reproduce, or distribute our content (MCQs, notes, current affairs) without written permission
- •Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or access our APIs beyond normal usage

7. Intellectual Property
All content on AssamExamPro — including but not limited to MCQs, notes, current affairs summaries, AI-generated content, graphics, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of AssamExamPro or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Some content on this platform is generated or summarised using artificial intelligence tools. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. AssamExamPro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or exam-readiness of any AI-generated content. Users should cross-verify important information with official sources.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that question content will guarantee exam success. Use of the Service is at your sole risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AssamExamPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill — arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination for cause.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.
