Refund & Cancellation Policy

AssamExamPro operates on a subscription model. Our Premium plan is billed at ₹99 per month and processed via Razorpay. This document outlines our refund and cancellation policies in accordance with applicable laws and Razorpay's merchant requirements.

We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all transactions. This means:

• •Payments once made are final and cannot be refunded, reversed, or credited back — for any reason.
• •No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.
• •Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or accidental purchases.
• •Refunds will not be granted if you forget to cancel before the next renewal date.
• •Refunds will not be issued if your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.

By proceeding with payment, you explicitly accept these terms and waive any right to dispute the charge on the grounds of seeking a refund.

While payments are non-refundable, you may cancel your subscription at any time:

• •Navigate to the Pricing page and click "Cancel Subscription".
• •Upon cancellation, your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• •You will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.
• •Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period.

In the rare event of a duplicate charge (i.e., you were billed more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error), you may contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and, if a duplicate charge is confirmed, process a refund for the duplicate amount only. This is the sole exception to our no-refund policy.

To report a duplicate payment, email us at contact@assamexampro.com with your Razorpay Payment ID and registered email address.

Your Premium subscription renews automatically each month on your billing date. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next renewal if you do not wish to be charged. We are not liable for charges incurred due to failure to cancel in time.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
